Glow-Vibe Healing House in Silverdale is growing, and we’re looking for the right practitioners to grow with us.
We are currently looking for licensed acupuncturists and licensed massage therapists who are passionate about what they do, genuinely care about their clients, and want to become the very best practitioners they can be.
And here’s something that’s important to us:
You don’t have to have years of experience to be considered.
We are open to welcoming both experienced practitioners and newer practitioners who have recently completed their training and are ready to put their education into practice.
If you’ve worked hard to learn your craft but still feel like you need more real-world experience, guidance, and confidence, we may be exactly the kind of place you’re looking for.
About Glow-Vibe Healing House
Glow-Vibe Healing House isn’t a conventional clinic, and we don’t want it to become one.
We’ve created a warm, welcoming environment where science, intuition, curiosity, and different approaches to healing can exist under one roof.
Our services currently include acupuncture, allergy reversal, women’s wellness, Mona Lisa Touch, microneedling, ThetaHealing, and other integrative wellness offerings.
We’re now expanding our practitioner community and adding massage therapy to the Healing House.
Our goal isn’t simply to find people who can fill treatment rooms.
We want to help good practitioners become great practitioners.
If you’re willing to learn, listen, ask questions, keep growing, and genuinely care about the people you serve, we want to hear from you.
Licensed Acupuncturist
We are also looking for licensed acupuncturists to join our growing practice.
We are open to experienced acupuncturists, but we also want newer practitioners to know that you do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out to us.
If you’ve recently completed your acupuncture training and are looking for an environment where you can take what you’ve learned in school and begin truly developing your skills as a practitioner, we’d love to meet you.
We believe there’s a big difference between learning something and becoming really good at it.
That happens through experience.
Through treating real people.
Through asking questions.
Through learning what works.
Through gaining confidence.
And sometimes through having someone more experienced nearby who can help you think through a case.
We’re interested in helping practitioners continue that development.
Compensation
- $40 per patient visit
- Potential to see up to 3 patients per hour
- Earning potential of approximately $120 per hour
- Independent contractor arrangement
For the right practitioner, there may be opportunities for increased responsibility, leadership, practice expansion, and a long-term role within the Healing House.
Licensed Massage Therapist
We are looking for a licensed massage therapist to help us introduce and develop massage therapy within the Healing House.
Because massage is a new service for us, this is a unique opportunity to help build something from the ground up.
We’re open to an experienced massage therapist who already has a strong skill set, but we’re equally interested in meeting a newer therapist who has recently completed their training and wants a place to continue developing their hands-on skills and confidence.
You bring the education and the desire to learn.
We’ll provide an environment where you can practice, grow, develop your skills, learn from other practitioners, and build your client base.
Compensation
- $50 per 60-minute treatment
- Independent contractor arrangement
- Flexible scheduling
- Opportunities for cross-referrals
- Opportunity to build your own client base within an established wellness community
